Dr. Thomas Englert
Dr. Thomas Englert began his undergraduate studies at Ohio State University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Soology. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Englert was accepted into the Dental Medicine Program at the University of Pittsburgh. In accordance with his program of study for both General Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Englert stayed on at the Montefiore Hospital, University of Pittsburgh Health Center to complete both residency programs. Post-graduation, he joined the faculty as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, a position which he retained for one year.
Dr. Englery moved east to Allentown, PA where he began practicing privately in his specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. In 1986 the private practice was moved to Whitehall, PA where Dr. Englert presently provides speciatly care for those requiring Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Englert’s dedication to his specialty is evidenced by his continued membership and professional association with the following: the Northeast Regional Dental Boards (Fellow), the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Pennsylvania Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Delaware Valley Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Lehigh Dental Association.
Dr. Englert’s specialty attention is not limited to his private practice. He is currently affiliated with Sacred Heart Hospital and Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Englert’s attention to his field of study has been recognized over the years through various honors and awards including: Teach of the Year Award in Dentistry, Vice President of the Lehigh County Dental Society and Corresponding Secretary Lehigh County Dental Society.

Dr. Eugene Roginsky
Dr. Roginsky is a graduate of William Allen High School, Allentown, Pennsylvania. He attended Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering. He was Chief Chemical Engineer at the Moreland Corporation in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Roginsky graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with a D.M.D. degree. Dr. Roginsky was awarded the Pierre Fauchard award at Penn and the Theodor Blum Oral Surgery Award for clinical excellence. Dr. Roginsky was the Editor-in-Chief of the Penn Dental Journal, which is the oldest student run dental journal in the United States.
Dr. Roginsky completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency and was Chief Resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Kings County Hospital Center, Brooklyn, New York. He gained extensive maxillofacial trauma experience at the Kings County Hospital Trauma Center, one of the busiest in New York State, and the first Level 1 trauma center the U.S. Dr. Roginsky earned his M.D. from the State University of New York, Health Science Center at Brooklyn, Downstate College of Medicine, where he completed a one year residency in General Surgery.
Dr. Roginsky has been treating patients for over 10 years for wisdom teeth, extractions, dental implants, facial trauma and orthognathic (jaw correction) surgery. He is a member of professional associations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (Fellow), the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (Diplomate), the American Dental Society of Anesthesia (Fellow), and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia (Diplomate).
Dr. Roginsky resides in the Lehigh Valley with his wife and pet dogs.
Dr. Anthony Panossian
Dr. Anthony J. Panossian is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, he earned a degree in Biology from California State University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Graduating with the highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) and being elected to the national dental honor society (OKU), Dr. Anthony J. Panossian was one of only three applicants accepted in the highly competitive LSU Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program in New Orleans where he also earned his medical degree. He then completed an accredited facial cosmetic surgery fellowship in Utah.
During his surgical residency at Charity Hospital, Dr. Anthony J. Panossian spent six years of extensive training in the full scope of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialty including face, jaw and neck surgery, bone grafting, all aspects of facial trauma, reconstruction of facial and jaw deformities, and the full scope of facial cosmetic surgery.
He also completed one year of general surgery at Charity Hospital in New Orleans Louisiana.
Dr. Anthony J. Panossian is one of a handful of surgeons in Long Island who are trained specialists in facial cosmetic surgery. He attended one of only five facial cosmetic surgery fellowship programs that are accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. This fellowship allowed Dr. Anthony J Panossian to exclusively and intensively train in Cosmetic surgery, where he participated in more than 300 facial cosmetic procedures with board certified cosmetic surgeons. He is trained in all aspects of Facial cosmetic surgery including the following: Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery), Otoplasty, Mentoplasty (chin implant), Malarplasty (cheek implants), face lift, neck lift, brow lift, lip augmentation, head neck and body liposuction. He also performs minor procedures including botox, fillers, laser resurfacing, dermabrasion and chemical peels.
He is a member of several local and national professional organizations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic surgery, and the American Dental Association.
He has written numerous articles and lectured throughout the US and overseas. His latest publication is in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
